“Unlocking True Healing: The Power of Mind-Body Harmony"
In an attempt to heal Anklosying Spondylitis, I tried everything. I considered myself to be a very active participant in my healing journey.
I did detoxes, lifestyle changes, restricted diets, supplements, physio, osteo, massage, prescribed medicine, meditation, acupuncture, and exercise. You name it. To fully list everything I've done, I'd need to take a moment to reflect and remember the many things I've tried because, after over a decade, I tried it all.
All in an attempt to stop the pain. If I could accomplish that, it would be a victory, even though I would have to maintain the diet and lifestyle I had around managing the condition.
If I could accomplish that, it would be a victory!
At the time, I also believed that managing it as naturally as possible was the only way to escape the pain.
The person I had believed myself to be was someone with an autoimmune disease that would eventually figure out how to live without the pain naturally.
It sounds reasonable, right? I've been told I'll live with this forever, so all of my attempts would be a good goal to strive for to at least live pain-free.
This is what I did for over a decade. I would have moments where I felt better, maybe not experiencing physical pain, but I still had massive amounts of fatigue I was dealing with daily, but it was better than the physical pain.
So the longer I could manage to avoid a flare-up, the better!
I also believed that managing it as naturally as possible was the only way to escape the pain.
In hindsight, I'm grateful to have learned everything I did to support my body and have a healthy lifestyle and diet.
We do have a physical body that thrives on taking care of it, and sometimes it could get out of balance, and we are blessed to have many things we can do to support it and bring it back into homeostasis.
At the same time, all these things were great to support my physical body, and I was still suffering.
In hindsight, I'm grateful to have learned everything I did to support my body and have a healthy lifestyle and diet.
Only when I addressed my mind did my emotions, physical body and spirit fall into allegiance and harmony was restored within my being. As a result, the pain fell away on its own, without having to rely on diets and drugs to control symptoms.
I am healthier than I've ever felt. I eat a healthy diet, and I'm blessed to enjoy any food I wish without any restrictions.
I can finally indulge in that cupcake at the party that I used to avoid like the plague. Something that I never thought would be possible! This, among many other things, I was avoiding in my diet.
I am truly free in all areas! and I have my life back!
The point I emphasize here is anything you wish to do, be or experience.
It is a must! to get your mind on board with what you intend to create.
